I bought a used Electrolux e42bs75eps fridge knowing that it needed repair. The seller told me that the fridge needed a mainboard. I took out the main board (p.n. AP3867757) and noticed that one of the two fuses, the one on the left, was blown. So I replace it with the same type 6.3A, put everything back together and plugged it in.** Everything seemed to be going great. The fridge started to cooldown , but after the fridge reached its set temp (37f), I noticed the freezer temp was not lowering, but went up by 2 degrees. After a couple of hours I decided to check the temp again and still no change.** Shortly after that it died. No lights, no display, no sounds. Could it be something other that the main board? What would cause that fuse to blow?

I forgot to ask. Considering the fuse that was blown, could it be the two large capacitors that are damaged? Can these be replaced?
