Not bad but the flames seem to have more than normal yellow. On the tube is an air adjustment. Should I allow more air or lessen the opening to reduce the yellow flame? Will wait on an opinion before continuing. I cleaned up the tube of soot before I will put back.

There is an adjustable orifice at the bottom of the burner tube. Screw it clockwise until the desired flame is achieved. As you screw it down, the orifice size is decreased.
