Neither oven will heat. Blower comes on then stuck on "Lo". Already changed the thermal fuse and thermostat months ago after self cleaning disaster. This time no cleaning, just will not heat. Check breaker and electrician said it getting 240 volts. Did I blow the control panel? If so, what is the part number I need to order. The model number is rubbed off inside of oven, but I did order part #9759242 (thermostat) back in February.

If neither oven will heat, the issue is not likely to be the control or a thermal fuse. The elements require 240 VAC to heat, one side coming from the control and the other coming from the L2 wire from the power source. Both ovens have their own thermal fuse, so to have both open when no self clean cycle was used would not be likely. I suspect the L2 power may be interrupted inside the oven, past where the electrician tested. Do you have a meter to test voltage with?

If you access the connection points in the oven where the cord is connected, what voltage do you read between red and black, looking for 240 VAC?

Well, that is actually good, because it means that the oven is fine. The issue lies between the breaker box and those connections, likely at the junction box where the oven is wired in. Turn the breaker off and you can safely remove that box cover and inspect those connections. Let me know what you find!

Everything looks ok. Connections are good.
