I bought a washer and dryer off craigslist roper brand, the man that sold them to me said they work fine. They sat on his porch for bout a year he said without use. Got them home and hooked them up leveled them. Loaded up the washer and ran it on regular cycle seemed to run fine until it got to the spin cycle, it started to move its way clear across the floor like it was not level. Totally confused so I took the cover of and made sure all the shipping straps ect and that nothing seemed out of place. What could be causing this to happen? Could it be the support springs or counter spring? Im totally lost someone help please!

Suspension plate (#17) could have been knocked out of place during the move. Check that it is in place and that the three suspension springs are attached at both ends and the rear counterbalance spring is attached at both ends as well. If all looks good, you'll need to check the damper pads on the base (3 pads #18) and on top of the suspension plate (3 pads #16). Eric
