I have replaced both the ignitor & temp. sensor, but the oven still will not heat above about 350-375 degrees. I've replaced the ignitor in the past & saw an immediate difference, but not this time so then changed temp. sensor. Still no luck.:(

Sounds like the problem is a bad control board. If you need the correct part number then post the complete model and serial numbers of the oven.

Thank You. The oven is a Maytag, mod# CRG9800AAE ser# 18703381KK
Is this something I might be able to change myself or is it going to be complicated & better left to a pro? After looking up similar parts to get an idea of price I was hoping it wasn't going to be this, but I guess it's still cheaper than a new oven.... Thank you again!!

You are welcome. This part is not cheap and can save a lot if you do it yourself. If you are somewhat handy this part is not too difficult to replace yourself.

Start with removing the light cover and the light bulb. Remove both end caps.

If I was able to manage the ignitor & the temp.sensor I guess I can give this a try. I didn't think it would be too complicated, just wanted to be sure before I tried. I guess it still beats buying a new oven. Thanks Again!
