I recently found out my water pump was not working. After getting a new part, it was still not working.

I joined the wires directly to the pump and it still did not spin.

Have I lost the power to the pump from the circuit board?
Is there any other factors that has to happen before the pump will spin? The way I was testing it was by manually pressing the micro switch on 'extra dry' mode during a spin.

Everything else works fine

Beko looks like a UK unit.
A model number may help others help you.

I probably will not be able to find any technical data on it.
This site deals mostly with North American units so I do not know where to find other tech data.

Not sure what wires you are referring to.
Without a wiring diagram I cannot comment.
Check the pump winding with a meter to see if there is continuity.
You could also usea cheater cord to hook it directly to power butagain I am not sure what power this pump requires so a direct hook up may blow it.

Sorry but again cannot comment.
