Wife was baking then oven switched to clean mode by itself, door locked & could not shut off oven. Unplugged oven from wall. Once cooled down I was able to open the oven. Plugged oven into wall, range top worked. Everything was completely turned off then door locked shut and it started a clean mode all by itself! Luckily we were home when this happened! I ordered a new control board, door light switch, & new light socket & bulb. Installed all these new parts and the oven does not work! The range works but not the oven or broiler. I have good voltage coming out of the wall and up to the control board. I checked both heating elements for continuity & they are good. I checked the thermal fuse for continuity & it is good. The oven door lock switch functions open/closed. Oven door lock solenoid? How do I test it? What are the odds of my new control board being bad? The display seems to be functioning properly: clock works, shows bake when you push bake button, shows broil when you push broil. It does not seem to be sending power to the elements however.

Any help would be appreciated!

Here are your parts
Parts for Whirlpool RF386PXEQ0 Range - AppliancePartsPros.com

See the attachment for the tech sheet.

Sounds like you have checked just about everything.
I would check that the common wire to the elements (red) is OK.
Also check the oven sensor. It should be around 1100 ohms at room temperature.
If the oven shows that it is ready then it could be the sensor.
If the oven stays in preheat then it probably is not the sensor.

You could check it from continuity but I doubt it has anything to do with your problem.

It does sound like the board is defective.
