Hi,

After replacing a dead start relay, the freezer doesn't get to the appropriate temperature to freeze food. It freezes water, but not meat for example.

Other info that may be relevant:
- The condenser fan seems to be running almost everytime.
- The compressor is quite hot to the touch.
- The compressor seems to run for 3 minutes at a time.
- I sometimes hear a clicking noise, besides the clicks I can hear when the compressor starts and stops.
- Noticed a crack in the freezer interior and sealed it.
- Setting the thermostat to a colder setting doesn't seem to change anything.
- Airflow is ok.
- Gaskets are fine.
- Evaporator coil is not iced.
- Evaporator fan runs even when the compressor is off, seems to be on when the condenser fun is running.
- Condenser coil is clean.

Not sure if some things previously stated are normal or not. Anybody has a clue on how to further troubleshoot this and find the problem?

That sounds reasonable. I will call a pro to replace the compressor.
