OK before I get yelled at I'm not sure the exact model number of the fridge off hand, but here's what I can tell you.

The fridge is a regular 21cf freezer on top, fridge on bottom.

It is very plain. Only "extra" I seen was a water dispenser inside.

Now.. The freezer gets cold. Brutal cold. So the compressor, defrost heater, bimetal defrost thermostat and defrost timer, I have checked, they all work properly. The evap fan works and it set where it's supposed to be. The fridge thermostat controller works. I thought it might be iced over blockage I couldn't see. So I took the doors off and let it sit for literally 2 weeks. I then pulled the compartment with the flap between the fridge and freezer completely off, and STILL no temp change in the fridge.. Freezer kicks tail

Someone please help! It's much appreciated

OK, I figured it out. Thought I would share.

The evaporator fan was working, but it seemed like it wasn't moving enough air. The fan was quiet, running smoothly and everything. So I figured, lets try swapping the evap fan out. So I tore the whole thing apart, rigged a Frigidaire evap fan in there ( the dimensions of the motor / fan were almost identical ). I had to cut the GE little plug and put different connectors on the wires, and use the GE bracket.. But..

It worked!

I hooked everything up, put it back together completely.. Came back an hour later, the fridge wasn't running.. So I checked the analog thermometers in it, and it was right on. 37 in the fridge, and well below freezing in the freezer.

Just thought I would post this, maybe it will help someone out someday :-)
