There is a code F7 and constant beeping how do I get the code off and the beeping stopped!

This is a very common problem with GE Ranges contact Ge in regards to your happines with their products.
Even after replacing the expensive parts necessary it usually breaks down with a year after that because of the cheaply made parts being defective as well.
Just google search GE oven f7 code you'll see a million complaints call GE directly and see if they'll remedy there big mess up.

F7 Stuck Button
1. Function pad button stuck or
2. Bad clock. Try to free stuck button or
3. Replace Electronic Range Control (ERC).
