You said you could rotate the transmission pulley either way by hand but it won't rotate CCW when in agitate mode? Rotate the pulley CCW by hand and have someone observe the agitator to see if it is working. You say the motor pulley is rotating but transmission pulley is not in agitate mode? What is the belt doing? Pump could be binding the belt, motor sliding mount may not be operating properly to provide correct belt tension. Here is your parts manual.

Sorry I took so long to get back working. clockwise drum and agitator turns counter clockwise the agitator moves this is when i do it by hand. when I set it to agitate/wash and turn it on one belt connected t0 two small pully turns but the other belt that goes to large pulley just sits there and is loose. I think it is what You suggested motor sliding is not operating properly and is that what the name i need to look up for the part. Is there an illustration on how to remove and replace. Thanks again Tim

I cleaned out dirt dust from washer moved the motor back and forth and it moved smoothly so I loosed the other pulley and tightened it back as instructed on video. That did the trick. Ran thru a cycle all good. Thanks for all your help!!!!!!! Tim
