No cold, cool or warm water coming into washer but getting hot water.
Water flowing fine from hoses and the screens are clear.
What could be the problem?

Unclick the use our download manager and then use the gray download button. If you do not do this then the site may put software on your computer that you do not want. Download WTW4800.pdfCould be a problem with the cold valve. Take a look at the tech sheet to check it and the thermistor. One test would be to swap the valve's power (red and blue wires). Then if there is no water you know that the cold valve is toast. If there is cold water then the valve is OK and the problem is elsewhere. |

What could be the problem? Had same problem--discovered that the cold water supply hose had been replaced with a "smart" hose that automatically shuts off when it detects a leak. Didn't have a leak but renovation crew had shut off water to whole house and evidently triggered shutoff valve in hose. To reset, had to disconnect hose from water supply and reconnect--now fine.
