Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 9/9/2013(UTC) Posts: 2		My dishwasher (Frigidaire model fdb1502rgm2) will fill with water....then silence (no motor noise), no spinning. Then after awhile it will drain and fill again, and then silence . I've noticed, or at least I think it is not filling all the way. So a few questions. 1. Where should it fill too, and does it matter of the level of water that I hear silence. 2. What Do I check next ?

Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 7/16/2013(UTC) Posts: 916		Check your float switch for continuity first.........then check for 120v going to your sump pump below if after filling you have 120v at the pump and no action then more then likely you have a bad sump pump (typically the long white shaft on the left side of unit underneath bottom panel) or a bad connection clean the terminals and reconnect at the motor and the main control board behind the panel. If you don't have 120v going to sump after a few minutes follow the wires up to the main control in panel and check the connection.......if connection is good and you still don't have 120v you have a bad main board most likely....... The machine will start to wash (arm spinning for one cyle) then drain, then fill, then silence. Not sure if that helps or not in a diagnoses. Thank you again.
