I just got around to replacing the front left heating element that I ordered a few weeks ago... the element now has both the option of the large or the small element. So, my initial issue is fixed. However, the burner is cycling off and on - - EVEN on high. Something wrong, or normal?

Normal if you hooked it up correctly.....those burners don't stay on forever hot they cycle so you don't burn your house down.

Ok, good. I know that they cycle when on med, low, etc... I thought I read in the tutorial or on a youtube video that high was "always on".

Thanks

you'll have to read your owners manual and not all theories apply to all units......if they cycle on low then they cycle on high more then likely.....Contact fridgedaire with your model number if you have anymore questions.
