My place recieved a power surge about 1 month ago. It burnt the oven control unit in my G.E. Spectra. I replaced it, Model # WB27T10102 with Model # WB50T10043, but my oven elements still won't heat. Is it possible that the power surge burnt my thermostat also?

yep anythings possible and it could of blown the wires off the terminal in the back........take the back piece off and inspect the wiring throughout the unit for any cracks, burns, breaks or damaged wires. Also ohm out the elements to make sure they weren't damaged also.
