This range is the PGR366, 6-burner model.

The two ExtraLow burners do not spark or emit gas. The blue indicator LED comes on, but no gas or spark.

In the past I have always unplugged the range for 20 minutes, plugged it back in, then everything worked fine.(A Thermador service man taught me this trick, and said this problem is a fact of life with these ranges). This has happened many times, every couple of months.

However this time they are not coming back to life. No gas. No spark.

If it is a module of some sort, can you tell me exactly where the module is located?
I'm a pretty good DIY person, and feel like I could replace a module or part.
