The washer won't spin and makes a loud screaching noise, then beeps and blinks F and won't go anymore

It starts to fill then stops , blinks F and then stops , then goes straight to drain , it sometimes spins but now won't even start a load without stopping , how do I do a diagnostic to find out the code? It only blinks F?

In all honesty your best bet is to call in a appliance tech this code is a multiple part check and possibly needing multiple expensive parts and is a pain to diagnose even for techs. Also it's a Duet which when you fix one thing another part needs replacement shortly after and it turns into a serious investment. Good luck
