We had a power outage a few weeks back and every since then the display temperatures have been all over the place. The freezer ran continually and everything stayed frozen but when I tried to press a few buttons to put the temperature where it belongs it went off and displayed off. I tried to use the manual to turn it back on but nothing works. Do you have a suggestion of what part I may need to replace?

Here are your parts
Parts for Frigidaire LFFH21F7HWE Freezer - AppliancePartsPros.com

It probably blew your control panel/board (item 151 in the Door Parts section).

If power outages are common in your are you may want to get an appliance surge protector, Home Depot etc have them. Should be about 1000 joules.

Thank you for responding. I will change it out and put a new surge protector on it.
