I bought a new drive motor for my Samsung dryer and it came with a webbing wrapped around the motor winding - should I remove that webbing before installing?

I am assuming you are referring to the webbing/cords that are inside the motor, white in the below picture.

Thx! I was thrown by the webbing since it wasn't on the oem part.
