Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 7/16/2013(UTC) Posts: 916		OK you gave me no model number to work with........disassemble the sump area from the inside to the bottom and vacuum and clean it out making sure there's no debris in drain pump or sump pump. Then pull the unit out of the counter and disconnect the drain hose and any surrounding hoses and make sure there clean of and debris you may have caught in the machine. Good luck
