Kenmore washer has power because it spins but will not fill the tub or wash, it only works on spin cycle. I believed that I jump the gun and replace the water valve; again it only works on spin cycle. Please help, this is the 1st time I try to work on the washer.:)

Open the control panel and unplug the pressure hose and wire harness connectors from the temp switch. Blow into the hose to make sure it is clear. Reconnect everything and try wash cycle. If is still won't work, replace the temp switch. Assume you checked for water pressure at fill hoses. Whirlpool W10248240 Temperature Switch - AppliancePartsPros.comEric
