Did the following: 1) Checked circuit it is fine 2) Advanced the defroster timer did not change anything. 3) Checked the temperature control switch and it has infinite resistance and does not change when the temperature dial is rotated. 4) Jumpered between the two wires that connect to the temperature control and the compressor started right away. I suspect the temperature controller but, since it costs $75, want to be sure that is the problem before I order it. Any other diagnostics I should run?
