Came home from dinner out to find a freaked out dog and a wet kitchen floor. I Couldn't find a leak anywhere. All of a sudden my ice make maker starts spitting out ice cubes behind me and bouncing over the tile. I hadn't looked at that as the cause since they puddle was at the other end of the kitchen. I figured the switch was jammed.
Cleaned everything up sat down and it started spitting out ice again. Pulled out the ice maker and turned off the inside switch. 10 minutes later I hear the hum of the motor trying to dispense ice again. This repeated about every 10 minutes no matter how long I stared at it trying to figure it out. It also stopped by itself after about 30 seconds.
I finally pulled off the cover and unplugged the board. I checked the dispenser switch with my meter and it seems to close and open normally. I though maybe the switch just had a short.

Any ideas?

I can't understand how after switching off the plug, it is throwing ice on your kitchen hardwood floor. You should immediately contact some repairmen, to be sure that it doesn't causes any major incident.
