I HAVE REPLACED THE Whirlpool Dishwasher Bi-Metal Fuse Kit W10258275 about 5 times in the past year. Almost every 2 months. I always replace the wires and the fuse. I stopped using the sani rinse because when I was using, it actually blew 2 weeks after I replaced it. It smells extremely hot when I use the sani rinse. I tested the heating element it seems to be okay. I am ready to throw the dishwasher out. I could have put the $ I put to fuses to a new one. Is there any recalls on these. I have seen many people complaining of the same thing but haven't seen any absolute solutions. Any help will be appreciated.

See the attachment for the tech sheet.

Unfortunately there are many possibilities that could cause this.
As you can see from the wiring diagram all power runs through this fuse.
The fuse will blow due to temperature but also if too much current goes through it.

The most likely culprit is the heating element circuit.
Check that all connections are clean and tight.
I would check the resistance of the temperature sensor.
Perhaps it is not regulating the water temperature.
Could also be that the control board is toast.

It could also be the hi-limit thermostat but it should only open if there is a problem elsewhere.

The diagnostics may help but it is a long shot.
