One of the suggestions I read was to remove light assembly because there was a drain cup back there. I didn't find one. Another suggestion talked about drain plug behind frig. So I looked behind the frig and removed the black drain. It was clogged. However there was white plastic tubing up inside of the frig that was connected to the black plug. I took toothbrush to it and tried to clean the inside of it. I don't know where that plastic tubing is situated or how to get access to it. I tried seeing if I could pull it out but it didn't budge, so I just put black plug back into the hole where the white tubing was hoping that the tubing would fit back into the black plug. So my question is did I do the right thing or is there something else I need to do to resolve the problem? I only did this today so I don't know if the problem has been rectified.
