Yes I'm sure you are right, I did push and pull gently on the orange wire at the motor and the timer, I pushed my probe into the orange wire connector at the motor, and I did remove the screw on the switch assembly and moved the assembly some, it started to completely pull away from the motor then I got chicken and put it back together. It did not see any corosion at all, I really want to see those contacts now. I'm going to let it run and see how it does, if the problem re-appears I'm going to look hard at the motor connections.
