The refrigerator was making a buzzing noise, and then the freezer stopped cooling, and then the upper refrig stopped cooling.
We were told it was the overload relay switch/compressor switch, so we ordered the part. We replaced the part and it immediately started cooling in the freezer and upper refrig. Within a few hours, the buzzing noise started up again, and the entire refrig quit cooling.

I give up!:(

If you have a meter, check the compressor terminals for a short to ground.
