Your biggest problem is you bought a Duet first off lol.......Check the tech sheet inside the unit.........Assuming it's electric make sure you have 240v inside the unit.....120v if gas...........check all connections at the main board and make sure the touchpad cable at the main board is ok......Inside your tech sheet it should have a diagnostic mode sequence follow that and see if you get any error codes.........Also sometimes you can hold down the power button and unplug the unit and then replug it back in for 5 seconds and try power again....You have to hold down the power button the whole time while doing this.........
