Can any one help or show me how to disassemble the top lid of my whirlpool cabrio? I keep getting unbalance load and want to see what is causing it. Any help will greatly be appricated.

Take a putty knife and there should be 2 tabs on top the front panel and lid about 3" from the left and right side pop the putty knife in it and pop the top.........make sure to duct tape the lid if you have a glass type lid some of those have a really strong spring lid and it will flip back quick when you pop the top and you can shatter the glass if you're not paying attention.
