Hi -
I went through a chat session already with someone at AppliancePartsPros who told me he couldn't find the issue I'm having in the forums, so I'll carefully assume this hasn't been posted before.
The touch pad isn't operating properly on our K-aid Micro. It lights up and looks like it works - shows the menu of items that can be operated by touch, but doesn't respond to touching. Tried unplugging the micro for 10 mins and plugging back in. The following error appears on the touch screen:

Touch Error
Y High Pass 255 241
Y HiLo Pass 255 0
Y Low Fail 244 0
X High Fail 255 81
X HiLo Pass 255 0
X Low Fail 207 0

I wrongly assumed the control panel (main computer) was the problem, so i replaced it. No change in behavior. By this, I can only deduce that the issue lies within the touch screen itself.
Can anyone help?

Thank you in advance!

Did anyone come up with an answer to this? My Whirlpool micro is doing the same thing. Is there any way to confirm the problem before I buy parts? Can anyone tell me the correct part number?
Thanks,
David
