Am I able to access the door resistance assembly on this model without pulling the dishwasher out from under the counter?

When you open the door on this machine, it drops to the "all the way open" position. There is no resistance. I would assume that one or both springs have broken, but don't have a repair manual. Can someone provide a link to a repair manual, or some insight into what may be the problem and how to fix it?
