I have water below the crisper in the refrigerator.. I know the 3 possible problems are door seals, ice maker, or defrost drain plugged. The door seals are fine, I shut the water valve off but no change... The problem I have with checking the freezer drain is getting to it. I remove the freezer's back panel and the coil location doesn't allow you to access the drain. I assume that the lower freezer floor can be removed to get access but don't know how? Any help would be greately appreciated.
Thanks

Update: I was able to push the rear of the freezer floor back far enough to see that the drain pan had a rust hole... explains alot... Still would like to know any trick to remove the freezer floor but I think I can plug the hole for now...
