I know the 3 possible problems are door seals, ice maker, or defrost drain plugged. The door seals are fine, I shut the water valve off but no change... The problem I have with checking the freezer drain is getting to it. I remove the freezer's back panel and the coil location doesn't allow you to access the drain. I assume that the lower freezer floor can be removed to get access but don't know how? Any help would be greately appreciated. Thanks

Still would like to know any trick to remove the freezer floor but I think I can plug the hole for now...
