The agitator is locked up and will not spin, it is making a grinding noise. I've replaced the clutch assembly approximately 1 month ago along with short cam agitator kit...

Are you saying it won't agitate back and forth in agitate mode or it won't spin with the basket in spin mode?

Remove the cabinet, jump out the lid switch and run it in spin mode while observing the clutch hub. If the motor is spinning but the clutch hub is not, check the motor coupler. If it is good and is rotating the gearcase input shaft, the gearcase is bad. If the clutch hub is spinning either the clutch is faulty, brake cam driver faulty, brakes stuck, tub drive block faulty.

Motor must pause for a few seconds after drain in order to go into spin.
