Kenmore 90 series washer had failed lovejoy coupling. Bought and repaired and followed the youtube directions. Put it back together and runs great. However, there is a buring smell that starts during agitate and continues throughout the cycles. No unusual noises. Now, the gearbox laid on its side for two days while I waited for the coupling. Did all the oil/grease move to one end? Other ideas?

You probably didn't get the two plastic coupler pieces onto the shafts far enough. This is a very common problem when people replace their own couplers, especially the new type couplers with the metal inserts as they are much harder to get onto the shafts. Tap them on with a socket extension until they are flush with the end of the shafts.
