Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 6/23/2013(UTC) Posts: 1		My washer makers a rattling/vibration noise on the agitate cycle. If I lift and drop the lid the noise will stop, but then starts again in 5 to 30 seconds. The machine was recently moved but seemed to be working fine for a week before this started.

Rank: Advanced Member Groups: Expert Joined: 10/16/2012(UTC) Posts: 3,806 Was thanked: 7 time(s) in 7 post(s)		I would remove the cabinet, jump out the lid switch and run it with cabinet off to try and localize the source of the noise. Check the 3 suspension springs and the counterweight spring to make sure they are in place and check the position of the suspension plate which sits between the base assembly and tub support. Eric
