Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 6/20/2013(UTC) Posts: 1		All of the fabric softener does not wash out of the dispenser tray. I keep it clean and rinse it out after every two washes. Looking inside the housing where I insert the tray, it appears dirty. I am not sure why all the fabric softener does not rinse out during the wash. The oxy powder washes out, the bleach cup is clean, and the detergent is clean. What do you suggest? jpc1955 attached the following image(s):

Rank: Advanced Member Groups: Senior Expert Joined: 3/29/2009(UTC) Posts: 11,699		The problem could be that the tube is partially clogged, in which case cleaning it out should help, or that you are using too much of the stuff. It is also possible that the solenoid that controls the diversion of water to the fabric softening line is defective in which case replace the valve assembly may be required.
