GE- New motor, inverter, control board--Help?!?

I'm getting error code 42 on my front load GE washer. The washer tends to stop every 10 minutes during a washing cycle and stop and unlock the door. I can press the start/pause button and it seems to pickup where it left off. But baby-sitting a washer is not my idea of a functional washer. I've tested the motor assembly and gotten the 6 ohms required across the red, blue and white corresponding contact points. I've also gotten about 121 ohms across the two yellow contact points on the plug [not the harness]of the motor. I've tested for 120Volts on the inverter AC Input when the motor is running. No problem there. What I don't get a reading on is testing for 118 ohms on the wire harness at the "P9" location on the control board. Nothing there. ZERO! This must mean something...but what? I also just cleared the error codes, ran an empty washer on the drain and spin cycle...it did it flawlessly..no stopping. I then re-enter service mode and it has an error 42 code waiting for me.
The drum turns. I can run drain and spin...but the washer is unreliable. Thoughts? I've also checked the air pressure tube and no leaks there. My drain basket is also empty and free of hair, lint, pencils etc. Any help would be super appreciated. Which $200 part should I be buying:( Thanks!

My first reaction is save your money and replace this model. This is one of the worst machines ever made in terms of diagnosing a problem.
If you want to try and fix it the inverter is the most likely candidate, but you should also know the main control board and the motor are also possibilities. If you buy the inverter from this site and it does not fix the problem you can return it.
Good luck.
