The serial number on the dryer is 13583999CA. We're getting a natural gas smell inside the dryer if it is left off for a bit with the door closed. It's not overwhelming, but it is noticeable. The dryer works great otherwise, and there is no gas smell outside the dryer. When we're not using the dryer, we turn off the manual valve to the line feeding the dryer. Will replacing the valve in the dryer fix this? Thanks!

Definitely something is burning in there..their is no way that there is a possibility of gas stored in a dryer..i guess some wire or a part seems to be burning within.
