Side by side GE Adora. Freezer/fridge are both warm on top, very cold on bottom when fan in freezer is not working. When fan is operational, everything seems great.
Fan will work for a couple of days and then quit. I have shut the breaker off hoping something will re-set, but that hasn't provided a permanent fix.
Could it be the fan motor?
Thanks!
Jason

Thanks for the reply.
One more thing I discovered last night. After between 1-3 days the fan in the freezer will stop working which then leads to warmer air at the top of both freezer and fridge.
If I shut off power to the refrigerator, pull everything out of the freezer and let it unthaw (or warm up) for an hour or two, the fan will start back up once I turn power back on.
When running the fan sounds great and blows air normally. Is something getting iced over, thus causing the fan to not operate?
Thanks again denman
