My freezer is not sealing properly on upper part of door and causing ice sickles much frost. Should I replace seal? Or?

I cannot find any info on the given model.
Before replacing the seal: 1. Check that the unit is level front to back or leaning slightkly to the back. 2. Check the lower door hinge. Many unit use a cam on the hoing and the door which holds the door closed. Check these. 3. Check that the hinge side of the seal seals properly. Sometimes the door side can grab and twist causing problems. If this is the case a light coating of white lithium grease or vaseline should solve the problem.
