My washer seem ok till it get to the final drain\spin. The last 4 minute the tub is not moving but the noise sounds like it should be turning

Look under the top cover or inside the lower service panel for tech notes that will show you how to do some testing of components and put the machine into a diagnostic mode. Focus on the main control and motor control units. See if you can generate an error code.

If you need more assistance post a model number and tell us the result of doing the above.
