Hello,

I recently had to replace the water tank at the back bottom of the fridge side of my unit due to a crack and leaking. After replacement I cannot get water to fill the tank, pour water or make ice. I verified that the main water line going to the fridge was on and providing water. I verified that the solenoid make noise and vibrates when I push the pour water button. I am not sure what to do next. The only parts I touched on replacement was the water tank and the associated water lines. I am at a loss of what to do next. Both ice maker and water dispenser worked prior to replacing the tank.

Please help!!

Thank you

Hi.

Check if the water is not frozen inside the tank.
Disconnect the line going to the tank and push the lever to check if it will go through the line from the inlet valve.

Simon.
