It will only run on low speed, the other two speeds will not come on and even low speed seems weak. It does cool and I can hear the compressor fire up, just cant get it to switch speeds...... Any ideas? Capacitor?? Thanks for any help, this unit is in a music studio in Texas so needless to say, it gets hot quick. Also, can anyone tell me how many btu's this unit is?
