The extra large back burner with a double heating element only heats up on the outside ring and not the inner ring. Is it a fairly simple to fix or a real tough project?

Hello,

Sounds like the problem is a bad heating element but you may want to check it for continuity, using a simple multimeter, prior to order the new part. Test the outer and the inner coils separate.

If the heating element checked OK, the infinite switch for this burner is defective. Unfortunately this part is no longer available.
