My Whirlpool ED5FTGXKT02 makes ice very good, but dispenses both
crushed and cubed ice very slowly. Dispense of water seems normal.
There appear to be no "jams' or obstructions. Though the auger turns,
yet slowly, could the auger motor be going bad? Possibly the ice
selector assembly...or ice/water control assembly? Any help will be
much appreciated. Hugh

For anyone with such a problem, I found mine to be caused by a broken
drum. On ******** I located an exact replacement part for $18.00, with free
shipping and no tax. Needless to say, I saved a bundle by a little research
and self-labor. And not really a big job. Hugh37
