[FONT=Arial","sans-serif]I have a KitchenAid KSRS25RVMK03 refrigerator which has a Whirlpool W10190960 ice maker. The icemaker overflows. I have tried:[/FONT]

[FONT=Arial","sans-serif]1) [/FONT]Replacing the ice maker. The new ice maker also overflows.

[FONT=Arial","sans-serif]2) [/FONT]I removed the new ice maker without disconnecting the wires. When it calls for water, it allows 14 oz of water to flow. This is 6 oz more than the 8 oz needed to fill the tray. Once the water stops, it does not drip.

My water pressure is between 40-60 psi running off a well. I am trying to determine if the new ice maker is defective or if I need a new valve. I do not believe this ice maker allows the flow time to be adjusted but I could be wrong.

Okay I ran a couple of cycle by connecting the ice maker and manually filling the ice tray. I then caught the water coming out of the ice maker valve in a jar. The valve allow 13-14 oz of water for each of three cycles. The cubes did freeze and eject.

This is where it gets interesting. I measured the voltage between black and white on the connector and it measured 88V. Between black and tan, I got 44V. The input voltage to the refrigerator is 122V. Shouldn't the input voltage on bk-wh be 122V.

I tried putting the old ice maker back in. Both the old and new are allowing 14 oz of water to flow and takes 23 secs. Does this indicate a valve problem?
