My Duet Washer will not let me select Normal/Casual, Heavy Duty, or Whitest White cycles. All other positions work. When selecting Normal/Casual or Heavy Duty cycles causes the indicator next to the Delicate cycle to light with a time of 35 appearing in the display window. When Whitest Whites is selected, the time window shows two dashes. I ran the diagnostics without setting any error codes. I pulled the top and reseated all connectors which did not help. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
