Had water pooling in bottom of freezer. Cleaned out drain tube and now fine. Now have a temp issue so vacuumed condenser and it is clean. Fans operating and defrost cycling. Had a tech out and his suggestion was a new control board. Fridge is mostly steady 37 (max up to 40) but freezer fluctuating. Digital readout read 0 last night, but 28 this morning at 7 am and went up to 32, but would not get colder until 10:45 i checked and it now reads 0. BUT, when it was 28 it felt cold and there was frost on the defrost heater. Now that it reads 0, it feels warm and everything has melted on the defrost heater. The fan just kicked on again and the evaporator/defrost heater is getting cold again so going to see what happens. It is empty except for a Capri sun which I keep checking to see if it will freeze. No ice being made either.

Do I need a new control board? If so, is this in the black box below the kick plate in the front of the freezer side? I took off the front of the box but am not sure how i would replace the board Unless i can manage to lift the fridge!
Thanks for and and all help.
