the top drawer works fine, on the bottom drawer-when u push start it sounds like it starts but a couple seconds later it stops & the red light starts blinking & makes peeping noise. What do u think is wrong or needs replaced? main control board?

Hello,

Yes sounds like a main control board problem, double check that the rotor is clear it can causes issues to.

Here is a video that explains how to take the drawer out how to access the control board and how to check the rotor.
