i measure 29 ohms. remember i did replace the defrost heater with a new dual element one,and i replaced the thermostat and thermister. i was only getting as cold as 28 degrees before replacing all these parts.i was at 4 degrees this morning but the coils are still all frosted up just like my pic shows ? and i still cant get to 0 degrees? thanks for all your help. what will fix the problem at this point??

HI,

In such situation you may wont to replace the main control board.

is it possible that for the freezer to defrost properly the plastic panel needs to be reinstalled ? i still have it left off.
